The term Slow fashion means that clothes are produced according to a healthy economical system where the impact to the environment is reduced to an absolute minimum and where energy and natural resources are saved as much as possible. Daily Mantra only works with suppliers that support and work according to this philosophy. Our products are made of 100% organic cotton, the dying and printing is done according to GOTS certified processes, and next to that, the following standards are applicable:

The CO2 footprint of the production of the Daily Mantra garments is reduced with 90% by combining innovative product design with organic agricultural cultivation, efficient production techniques and by switching to applying wind energy.

PETA Approved Vegan

All Daily Mantra comply with the PeTA approved VEGAN standards. This means no leather, fur, wool or skin is used in our products.

Global Organic Textile

By complying with the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), it is guaranteed that the cotton is actually organic and that the production of the garments is environmentally friendly and socially responsible. See global-standard.com for more information.

The Global Recycled Standard guarantees that the production flow within companies and between companies takes place under healthy working conditions and with the least possible environmental and chemical impact. This applies to all steps in the chain: production, storage, handling and transport.
